Lower back pain last 2 weeks every month

Hello,
Since several years i'm experiencing heavy pain during and after my period. I have done a

lot of investigations/surgery but doctors cannot settle on a diagnosis. Let me describe

the symptoms:
-cramps on the lower back (right side, near rectum) on first and second day of my period

until bleeding becomes heavier. My first day of period is with thick dark blood and clots.
-on days 3-4-5 and sometimes 6 no pain at all.
-days 6 -] until the ovulation occurs (usually day 14) the pain is back even if there is

no bleeding.
- during this period i experience also light urinary infection symptoms but this disappear

together with pain.
My period is usually regulated (give or take 1-2 days) and i have a retroverted uterus

and a cyst (~3 cm) on my left ovary but it is not growing.
The pain stops if i take a pain-killer a day (ibuprofen). The only months when i didn't

had this pain was after a kidney surgery when i took some kind of antibiotic (i cannot

remember which one as it was 2 years ago) and when, by coincidence i took Unidox

(Doxycycline) for 7 days for my acne problem. I now tried to repeat the Unidox treatment

but there was no effect on my period pains.

Thank you!

did you tell your physician about all of this? because these will help him/her to determine what's been causing your problem.

see a specialist and request for a CT scan if possible. if the need to see a doctor one after the other, then do it for your own sake. good luck and may you get better soon.
