I've had a tubal reversal

Ive had a tubal reversal. I think I may be pregnant. I know that is the sure fire way of knowing you are pregnant, but I have been feeling different lately... Ive been really light headed & dizzy. I was just wondering if anyone knows how early you can have any symptoms of pregnancy. As far as some of the symptoms, I have breast tenderness, moodiness, etc before my period. so I'm not sure and I would really like to know as soon as possible.

So, it's probably pretty early to tell. Not to say you are right or wrong about being pregnant--who knows! When was your last period? When did you have sex? Are your periods regular? How long is your cycle regularly? These things have a WHOLE LOT of bearing on stuff like this.

You can take a home test 5 days before your period is due. It's not as accurate, but it's worth a shot.

I don't mean to be a party pooper, but you can test positive if you don't have a viable pregnancy (molar pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy). I really, really would recommend seeing a doctor/PA/NP.

The only way you will know for sure is if you see a doctor. You don't have to wait two weeks after you've ovulated to find out if you are pregnant. If you can't afford to visit your doctor each month for a blood test, you can invest in a sensitive home pregnancy test for much less money. Early Pregnancy Tests (found online) can detect hCG as low as 20 mIUs and are the most sensitive home pregnancy on the market today. The second most sensitive in detecting the pregnancy hormone is E.P.T. at 40 mIUs. Most other home pregnancy tests detect levels of 50 mIUs or higher.
