Okay, so ive always had regular periods. Never bad either. Usually they last 3 days and are pretty light. I get some back pain the first day or two, but thats it. My last cycle was lighter than usual and only lasted a couple of days. 2 weeks later, i had the worst period I've ever had. Extremely heavy, really awful cramps, even in my lower abdomen and back. I bled through super tampons in an hour and ruined some of my underwear. I felt so awful that i felt immobile at times, and normally im just as active during my period. Ive been reading online and it sounds like those are all signs of early miscarriage.. I never took a test so theres no way of knowing for sure. It just all has me concerned. I dont have a job so i havent been able to go to an OBGYN. Any thoughts are appreciated.
