big pimple-like bumps

i started having symptoms for menopause about a month before my period stopped and it has been 3 years now. a week ago big pimple-like bumps started to appear on my face. 1st day 2 bumps on my chin, 2nd day 1 on my nose and 1 on my forehead. it's very painful and irritating. what could this be? is this a part of menopause? please let me know cause it bothers me a lot..

pimple like bumps can be a result from a number of condition but mostly it's harmless. in my own opinion, i think it's what they call menopause acne. i had this before but mine are smaller though. maybe you should see your gyne.

-depends on the severity of the acne. sounds like cystic acne and it's normal during menopause.consult a dermatologists.
