Hi there Sunfish. Sunflower here. Me too. Maybe it is also because we both have the word 'sun' in our names! Joking aside, I sleep with a fan on all night long and keep a wet cloth beside my bed. I even have a portable fan in my purse so I can have relief all day long. Hope this helps.

it's just one out of many symptoms for menopause and totally normal! take a quick shower before you go to bed. it should help.
