42 and wanting to become pregnant

Hi, I am 42 and have gotten the okay by my doctor to try to get pregnant again. My youngest is now 16 and oldest 18. I am curious if anyone knows of any Advanced Maternal Age Pregnancy OBGYN/Specialists. I just don't feel comfortable going back to the OB GYN who delivered my girls. He was amazing at that time but I know there are so many risks due to my age and I would feel better if I went to someone who dealt with this on a regular basis. Any advise?

choose a gyne that you can constantly communicate with and contact anytime. someone you knew for a long time if possible.

there's nothing wrong with getting pregnant at 42, my mom gave birth to our youngest at 45 and had no problem at all.but we all know, this is a delicate and risky age to get pregnant.wish you all the best and luck!
