could dr cause miscarriage

I went to have the iud inserted on June 12. and the nurse practitioner tried twice and said she couldn't insert. A month later July 18th I take a pregnancy test and it was positive. I started bleeding on the 20 go to er they confirm I pregnant and might be having a miscarriage. My hcg level was 339. Then today. They confirmed I miscarried. Could the nurse trying to insert this caused me to have a miscarriage.

possibly yes, she could have inserted the wrong way or what. that is why it's very important to choose experienced doctors and nurse before deciding to have procedure done to avoid incidents like this.
