1.) Do the lesions of Molluscum contagiosum manifest on the labia? I see that most of the literature characterizes it as a viral infection of the skin. Do they normally hang out on the labia or do they like keratinized epithelial cells? What kind of cells are all of these lesions attracted to?
2.) If one were to have this in pregnancy, will it hurt the baby?
