so hard to quit but then again if you would only think about the positive side effects of quitting and take it seriously how these will ruin your health and may lead you death, it's really worth quitting for.
Yes, I guess it's really up to the person's determination to quit smoking for good. Because the effects on smoking is really not only be experienced by the smokers but by other people also who are not smokers because of the what we call second hand smoke. And the worst, it can also kill or damage the fetus inside the womb of a pregnant woman who can inhale the cigarette smoke form the smokers.
i have been smoking since i was 17 and now that i am 34 years old, with 2 kids, it has been my goal to quit smoking because it's gonna be best for my 2 daughter. 3 weeks ago i just found out that i am 19 days pregnant and that makes me more think of quitting for good.
