I am stand in the idea that it can cause infertility. If the person has no rest then he/she can not sleep, his/her mind would not also take a rest. And what would be the possibility would be the outcome of this person? Disorder or illness would comes in, included infertility.

If you can't sleep, don't count the sheep. Talk to the Shepherd, this a saying that worth to ponder.Yes, sleep disorder may be one of the cause of infertility... the sleep problem. But don't let this problem ruin your life. Ask the Lord for a solution of this problem.

Experts suggest that most men and women need about seven to eight hours of sleep each night. Yet there are many differences in how men and women sleep. In general women tend to sleep more than men, going to bed and falling asleep earlier. A woman’s sleep also tends to be lighter and more easily disturbed. Women are more likely to feel unrefreshed even after a full night of sleep.
