I ate any types while I was pregnant, including the ones you're asking about. No harm to my healthy 10lb 10oz son!!! But if you are at all hesitant, just eat the normal kind. I loved making my own flavors with natural yogurt mixed with whatever fruit you crave(pureed). My favorite was mango, yummy!

Yes, yogurt is safe to eat during pregnancy. Just avoid the unpasteurized. Yogurts are high in calcium and protein which is both important to you and your developing baby.

Yes, it's definitely safe. Most pregnant women have yogurt for snacks.

Yogurt is a good choice for snacking since it contains both calcium and protein. Your baby needs both these nutrients to grow. Yogurt with fruit on the bottom gives fruit as well as calcium and protein.
I'm 22 weeks pregnant and eat plenty of yogurt, I try to stay away from the ones that area loaded with sugar and avoid the artificial sugar like Splenda. When fruit is in season I also like to buy plain yogurt and mix in fresh fruit. It's also fun to add some granola for a bit of crunch.
