The stretch mark you have acquire during pregnancy will disappear after delivery. It may be not entirely right away but eventually it will become lighter and lighter until it fades away.

Stretch mark prevention is a hard thing to do. I agree with Alondra. Creams and lotions have not been proven medically.

After delivery you rub the stretch marks with sliced lemon. The marks will lighten up and will eventually disappear.

I don't believe that there is nothing we can put onto our skin to prevent from having stretch marks. There are stretch marks lotion and cream available at the cosmetics store. Ask for assistance when you visit the store and get the most effective one.

Moisturize your breasts, belly, sides, lower back, thighs and anywhere else you think you might get stretch marks at least morning and night if you wish. Creams and lotions have not been medically proven to prevent stretch marks as they cannot penetrate to the deep skin layer where stretch marks occur, but they can help your skin to feel less dry and itchy. Cocoa butter, almond oil and shea butter are marvelous choices.
